Noia’s Medieval Fair, one of the best known in Galicia, is a must for all those interested in this kind of event. It is held every year over a weekend in mid-July, when the streets, squares and buildings in Noia’s old town recreate the atmosphere of life in the Middle Ages.

Noia Jazz, Noia’s International Jazz Music Festival, is held every year in mid-August in Praza da Constitución, featuring the best Spanish and international jazz groups.

Noia’s “empanada” (Galician pie) is, along with cockles, one of the gastronomy stars in the town and its surroundings. That is why, starting in 1979 and coinciding with the “San Bartolomé” festivities, the “Empanada” Festival is held to pay tribute to this traditional delicacy.

Noia’s Cockle Festival, organised by the San Bartolomé Fishermen’s Association, is held in the month of October with the objective of promoting this star product of Noia’s gastronomy.

After being held more than twenty times, the Mostra de Curtas Vila de Noia is one of the most important events on Galicia’s audiovisual scene, due to its great cultural and cinematographic importance, taking place in the municipality between October and November.

The “Villa de Noia” International Harp Festival features, year after year, the best national and international harpists, with artists coming from all over the world.

The Noia Rally, which is held every year during the month of April, is one of the most emblematic events in the Galician racing calendar.

The San Bartolomeu festival is one of the main events of the Galician summer. Held every year at the end of August, the programme features numerous activities for all ages.

The “San Marcos” festivities are held every year in Noia at the end of April, coinciding with the 25^th, which is the feast day of St. Mark.
