After being held more than twenty times, the Mostra de Curtas Vila de Noia is one of the most important events on Galicia’s audiovisual scene, due to its great cultural and cinematographic importance, taking place in the municipality between October and November. It is held in the Teatro Coliseo Noela, where numerous fictional and animated shorts are screened over the course of several days, after being selected by a panel from among hundreds of amateur and professional projects submitted to the competition.
